Breast Augmentation
Breast augmentation enhances breast size, shape, and fullness using implants or another recommended technique. It may be appropriate for patients who want to:
Add volume to naturally smaller breasts
Restore fullness lost after pregnancy or weight loss
Improve balance between the breasts
Create proportions that better complement the body
Replace existing breast implants
We select implant size, type, profile, and placement based on your anatomy and desired outcome. The goal is not simply to increase size but to create a balanced result that suits your frame.
Breast Lift
A breast lift, also called mastopexy, reshapes and raises breasts affected by sagging, stretched skin, pregnancy, breastfeeding, aging, or weight changes.
During surgery, surgeons remove excess skin, reshape breast tissue, and may reposition the nipple and areola. A breast lift improves position and firmness but does not significantly add volume.
Breast Augmentation With Lift
Patients who have both volume loss and sagging may benefit from combining breast augmentation with a lift. The implant restores fullness, while the lift reshapes the natural tissue and improves breast position.
Your surgeon will determine whether these procedures can be safely performed together or should be completed in separate stages.
Breast Reduction
Breast reduction removes excess breast tissue, fat, and skin to create smaller and more proportionate breasts. It may also reduce discomfort associated with overly large or heavy breasts.
Patients may consider breast reduction because of:
Neck, shoulder, or back discomfort
Skin irritation beneath the breasts
Bra-strap pressure
Difficulty exercising comfortably
Problems finding properly fitting clothing
Self-consciousness about breast size
Breast asymmetry or poor proportion
The procedure is tailored to reduce excess volume while creating a balanced breast shape.
Breast Implant Removal
Breast implant removal, also known as explant surgery, removes existing breast implants. Patients may choose removal because of personal preference, changes in appearance, implant-related concerns, or a desire to return to their natural breast volume.
Depending on the condition of the skin and breast tissue, implant removal may be combined with a breast lift to improve shape and address sagging.
